INDIAN HILL FIELD TRAINING

March 16 – Indian Hill will conduct Field training.  Training will be 1.5 hours on the field and cover positioning and specific age rules.  This is NOT a substitute for League training for New Referees.  However, Returning Referees who have scored higher than 70, can do the online training course and take Field Training to comply with requirements.  Indian Hill will administer the test immediately following Field Training for those who need to comply with their annual testing requirements.  Field Training will be offered at 10-11 and Testing is offered at 11-12 at the IH Administration building in the council chambers. Please bring a pencil and something to write on if you are testing. Remember you must be registered on the CHSS as a ref and gave taken the CHSS class to receive a patch. This IH Class is not a stand alone Ref course.

Reminder that CHSS referees certification is only good for one year.  If any of your referees attended the referee courses and took the test last spring season, then they will have to attend either option #1 or #2 for the training sessions and then take the test for this coming spring season.  If a CHSS referee passed the test (70 or better) this past fall season then they would just need to attend the review session on either Sunday February 24th from 9am-10:30am or Sunday March 10th from 9am-10:30am.  If any of your district referees didn't pass the test this past fall season with a 70 or better then they will need to attend another full training course plus take the test again for this coming spring season.
